How do I pay for my team?

You can pay for the whole team at once, or everyone can pay their own seat. Your payment goes straight to the organizer.

Before you start: open your team page from the link in your registration email. Captains and teammates each get one. If you can’t find yours, ask your captain to send you the team link.

Pay by card

Your team page shows the entry fee, what each player’s seat costs, and what’s still due.

1. Choose how much to pay:
   • Pay for the whole team covers every seat that isn’t paid yet.
   • Pay just my seat lets you tick the players you’re paying for. Pick just yourself, or a few teammates.
2. Tap Continue to payment.
3. Enter your card details and tap Pay.

Your card is charged through Stripe. When it goes through, the players you paid for show Paid on the roster.

On a teammate’s link, there’s also a Pay button next to each unpaid player on the roster.

Can I pay for empty seats?

If your roster isn’t full yet, Pay for the whole team still covers every seat. The empty ones are held as TBD - Paid Golfer seats. When you know who’s playing, ask the organizer to put their names on those seats.

What if the organizer doesn’t take cards?

Some organizers collect another way. If online payments aren’t on, your team page shows How to pay with whatever the organizer accepts: a PayPal or Venmo link, a mailing address for checks, or cash or check on tournament day. Once the organizer gets your payment, they mark you paid.

If your page shows no way to pay at all, check with the organizer.

Common questions

Why is there a processing fee? Some organizers pass the card fee on to players. When they do, it’s added at checkout and shown before you pay.

I paid but my name doesn’t say Paid. Card payments show once Stripe confirms them, which is usually quick. Refresh the page. If you paid by cash, check or another app, it shows once the organizer marks you paid.

Can I get a refund? Refunds come from the organizer, since the money went to them. Contact them directly.
