How do sponsors send me their logo?
Sponsors upload their logo on their own sponsor page. Once it's checked, it shows up everywhere. The Missing logo filter on Sponsors shows who still needs to send one.

You don’t need to collect logos by email. Every business sponsor gets a sponsor page, and they upload their logo there. It goes straight into Pinli.
How sponsors upload
- After signing up, the sponsor gets an email with a link to their sponsor page.
- Under Your logo, they click Upload your logo and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP file, up to 8 MB.
- Pinli checks the image automatically, usually within a minute. Once it’s approved, it becomes their logo everywhere.
If an upload isn’t accepted, the sponsor sees a message asking them to try a different file. They can upload a new logo any time.
See who still needs to send one
On the Sponsors page, the Logo column shows Received or Not needed, or an Ask for logo link. Click the Missing logo filter to see only business sponsors without a logo.
Individual sponsors don’t need a logo. They’re recognized by name.
Ask for it
Click Ask for logo in the list, or Ask for it on the sponsor’s details. This opens a message with the Logo request template, which includes each sponsor’s link to their page. It’s addressed to all your sponsors, including ones who already sent a logo, so word it to fit. Review it and send.
Add a logo yourself
If a sponsor sends you a logo some other way, open the sponsor, click Edit under Details, and paste a link to the image in Logo URL. It needs to be an image that’s already hosted online.
Common questions
Where do sponsor logos show up? In your sponsor list, on your tournament website, and on the public leaderboard. The leaderboard shows paid sponsors only.
What if a sponsor never sends a logo? That’s fine. Pinli shows their business name instead.
Can I upload a logo file for a sponsor? Not directly. Ask them to upload it on their sponsor page, or use Logo URL if the image is hosted somewhere.
