How do I set up sponsor levels?

Sponsor levels are the tiers sponsors choose from when they sign up, like Gold, Silver and Hole sponsor. Sponsors can sign up as soon as you have one level.

Add a level

1. Open your tournament and go to Sponsors.
2. Next to Levels, click Add levels (or Edit levels once you have some).
3. Click Add level and fill in:
   • Name, like Gold or Hole sponsor.
   • Price ($).
   • Description (optional): what the sponsorship includes, like signage or recognition.
   • Tagline (optional): a short label shown next to the name.
   • Inventory limit (optional): the most sponsors you’ll take at this level. Leave it blank for unlimited.
   • Included team slots: how many teams come with the sponsorship. Leave it at 0 if none. See How do sponsorships that include a team work?
4. Click Add level.

Set the order

Use the up and down arrows next to each level. Levels show in this order on your website, so put your top tier first.

Track what’s sold

Each level shows how many are claimed, like “3 of 5 claimed”, with a bar. A level that’s full shows Sold out, and no one else can sign up at it. Click View sponsors to see who’s at that level.

The top of the Sponsors page shows what you’ve raised from sponsors, what’s committed but not paid yet, and how many spots are left.

Common questions

Can I change a level’s price after sponsors sign up? No. Once any sponsor is at a level, its price is locked so what they signed up for doesn’t change. You can still edit the description and other details, or add a new level.

Can I delete a level? Only when no sponsors are at it. An unpaid sponsor can be moved to a different level from their details. A paid sponsor’s level can’t change.

Can I lower the inventory limit? Yes, but not below the number of sponsors already at that level.

How many sponsors can I take during the free trial? Up to 2, counting sponsors you add yourself. They can pay online once you activate the tournament.
